About the firm
GENDERKA undertakes the production of polystyrene panels for the requirements of heat insulation in the building industry. Two decades of experience coupled with consequential management has placed GENDERKA among the leading polystyrene producers in Poland.
The history of the firm reaches back to 1989, when the first Production Plant was established in Niwy near Bydgoszcz. The years that followed brought dynamic development. Additional production plants were built, the technological support was regularly enlarged and employment increased. The permanent development process never lost impetus. Today our firm principally consists of:
- 5 production plants in Poland
- 1 production plant in Romania
- 60 owned vehicles for the transport of polystyrene
- 7 owned vehicles for the transport of raw materials
- fleet of 15 cars
- annual production exceeding 1 million cubic metres of polystyrene
- 7 local commercial representatives
- in total employment for 190 persons
GENDERKA is a 100% Polish firm associated with the brand signifying reliability, consequential management and first and foremost quality. This brand of Polish polystyrene is appreciated not only in Poland, but also in Europe. The expansion of GENDERKA into foreign markets began this December with the beginning of the production year in its first plant in Oradea in Romania. In 2010 it is planned to inaugurate the following plant in the vicinity of the city of Timisoara in southern Romania.
Making quality our hallmark quality we raised the standard demanded primarily towards ourselves. All of our plants have been equipped with examination laboratories, enabling current testing of products at each production stage. We do so, because we know that quality of life is the sum of all its components. Each of us endeavours to create harmony and entirety from all the pieces that surround every one of us. Those persons, events and situations, which are most important in our lives, we take care of personally. Other matters we delegate to specialists, people dedicated to the given specific issue, with detailed professional knowledge and commitment to perfection. Our mission is to supply polystyrene of the highest quality.
